Hi, I look forward to being your personal travel agent in the Waikato. Based in the lovely town of Cambridge I moved to New Zealand with my family from Arundel, England, in January 2004.
For me travel is a real passion, specialising in Europe having toured extensively throughout the continent. I have a real attention to detail and love to help with the planning of my clients holidays getting almost as excited about their trip as they are. Nothing is too much trouble, based from home I am very flexible and able work hours to fit in with clients not the other way around. It is not unusual find me meeting with a client in a coffee shop on Sunday afternoon!! Being an independent broker I can look at all the options available, I have access to all the latest specials and am not tied to one individual supplier so can really help you make the most of your holiday and your budget.
I would like share a few of my favourite destinations to give you a little taster;
• Germany – Friendly locals, great markets, beautiful architecture
• Jersey – Channel Islands were the only British soil to suffer German occupation in WWII, for such a small island there is so much history and so much to do.
• Austria – Beautiful scenery
• England - The old buildings, castles & cathedrals, favourite tourist attraction is the Tower of London, or maybe Hever Castle – Oh and don’t forget a ride on the London Eye
• Belgium – Mmmmm the chocolate
• Hungary – Budapest took me by surprise, I loved it
• France – Beautiful countryside and wow the cheese
• Ireland – The countryside is stunning and the locals make you so welcome, the local pubs should not be missed, in Ireland they love children so a great family destination.
• Kuala Lumpur – From the Petronas Towers, to the Royal Palace this is a city of contrasts.
• Western Australia – I did a lot of touring here and was amazed by the vast and changing scenery
These are just a few of my favourite destinations but I could have gone on forever with my memories of different countries. I will never stop travelling and the list of places still to visit and research so that I can pass on first hand knowledge and experience to my clients is endless.
